My Versa 2 is flashing the FitBit logo. It will not turn off or reboot. Before this happened, I had charged it and it would only show the main screen. I couldn’t touch the screen to scroll up or sideways to access other features.

My Vera keeps doing this too. I have tried resetting and still the same. Can someone please help? Is there an email for support? I don’t have Twitter and not signing up just for tech support thank you.

My Versa 2 is doing the same. I tried holding the side button down for 8 seconds, release for less than two, and hold again. Nothing happens. The Fitbit logo flashes and every now and then the charge battery symbol will appear. The fit bit was fully charged. Please help!
