My versa 2 watch has been working perfectly, until yesterday. It kept turning on and off, not tracking steps and then kept changing the clock face. Over night it was turned off. When I've tried to reset it, it is non responsive. The firbit logo just keeps flashing on and off.
I've turned Bluetooth connection on and off aswell as powering phone off.
I haven't deleted app or tried to delete then readd watch to the app, as I'm worried it won't be bale to find the watch.
Any suggestions please? Thanks

Hi there, @JoHouse. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2.
Please note the issue you're having comes from performing a factory reset without first unpairing your Fitbit device from your Fitbit account and phone's Bluetooth settings. With that being said, I suggest following the steps below in the order listed:
If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi
I have done all of the above. My fitbit showed the battery warning sign last night and now when I've had it charging, I'm still having the same issue.
It will flash the logo when not in the charger, but as soon as I put it in the charger it stops flashing.
I've unpaired and removed the device from my app, but it won't find it. The restart button, also still won't work.
Any other ideas?
