Fitbit Versa 2 is frozen, and this is the first day I had it. I can swipe to notifacations but it won't let me go to settings to restart it. It won't let me swipe left/right, and I cannot swipe to steps and today's tracking.

Nevermind, my brother was able to find out how to fix it 🙂 Just had to hold power button for about ten seconds.

Hey there! What I did was hold it down for a bit. It took a minute but
after Alexa pups up the screen will turn black. Keep holding it. After that
(it may take a minute) the Fitbit logo (like the app front) should pop up.
That’s how I restarted my Fitbit. I hope this helps!

I am having the same problem. I swipe to settings to to restart but settings tab does not respond. I tried the soft reset by holding down the button but the problem remains.

I've  have mine for 1 full day and it gets  frozen often. I don't think I should have to rest it numerous times in a day. Any other advice?

Same thing happens to me more often than it should. 😞

Fitbit has since replaced my Versa 2 and it’s working perfectly now. If you
are able to reset yours, that might solve the problem.
Best Answer
Yes, I think  it does need replacing.
Thank you.
