Hi, I’m the past 3 days my vitbit Versa 2 has been on sleep mode, keep turning it off but keeps going back to sleep mode, just did a reset, didn’t help at all, please help, thanks

Could be 2 places and don't know which place you have been turning it off;

  1. could accidentally be getting turned on in Quick Settings
  2. In full Settings you might have it turned on, and can set the hours you want it on; haven't used it so don't know limits but maybe you have it set to be on from say noon until 11 AM.

 

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
