Versa 2 is jammed in swim mode. I have now been swimming for 25 hours.

Versa 2 is jammed in swim mode. Now shows that I have been in the pool for 27 hours. I cannot use the button on the left of the watch to reset as that stopped working some time ago. Any ideas?

Hi @JBLee - if your watch is syncing try changing clock face from the Gallery tile in the Fitbit App. It may cause the new clock face to load in place of swim.

Thanks for the suggestion but unfortunately that didn't work .
I'm going to let the battery run flat and then see if I can get the watch
to restart.

@JBLee- thanks, strange it didn't work, did the watch sync fully?

Letting it run down should work though, only charge it enough to wake it otherwise you could be waiting a very long time!

Even so try anyway holding the button for a full 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears, it may just work for that and save you some time.

The problem is that the button on the watch no longer works. Maybe time for
a new watch. I'll let the battery run down and see what happens.
