My Versa 2 was locked and after tapping/entering a random PIN multiple times I have to unlock it with my phone. But that is a problem because my phone is not connected anymore to my Versa. I tried a reset, holding the button on the side, but 'use phone to unlock' keeps coming back.

Hi there @Margretvd, it is nice to see a new face around.
Thanks for sharing with us the steps that you took in order to get your device back on track.
As you may already be aware, since it is no longer connected to your phone, you cannot unlock it with it. In this case, as it is a highly particular situation, I advise doing the following:
IMPORTANT: Please note that apps that were installed on your Versa 2 will need to be installed again after the reset, and if your Versa 2 has not synced, any data since the last sync will be lost.
1. Press and hold the button for about 8 seconds until the screen turns off.
2. After the screen turns off, you will feel a brief vibration.
3. When you feel the vibration, release the button and immediately press and hold the button again.
4. Wait until the blue logo appears and then disappears.
5. Immediately release the button and then immediately press and hold it again, until you feel one more vibration.
6. After you feel this vibration, release the button.
7. This vibration indicates that they have started the factory reset.
Once the Fitbit logo appears, the Fitbit device displays the image with the phone icon and settings indicator. Set your watch again by following the instructions at:
