Is there anyway to reset the versa 2 without being connected to your phone . I was told to disconnect from my account to unlock it but this did not work

Thanks for the details mentioned. If your Versa 2 is lock due to entering the PIN code incorrectly 10 times, you may want to try the procedure mentioned here.
Please provide me with more details about your Versa 2 being locked by answering the following questions:
- Would you like to perform a factory reset to your watch?
- Is it showing a PIN code on the screen?

It's not possible to remove the watch from the account. In this case, I've shared your post with our Support team and they will continue assisting you through email.
