Hello,

My versa 2 is locked and it's not in sync with my phone. How should I unlock it

Hi @Saakshi - first try restarting it and the phone to see if you can temporarily get it to sync. Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App  or other watches switched on.

Hi there, @Saakshi. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post, we're here to help you unlocking your Versa 2.

Have you tried what @Guy_ suggested?

As per the description of your post, it seems like your Versa 2 has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. With that being said, I suggest to perform a factory reset by following these steps:

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
    1. Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
    2. Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates you initiated the factory reset. 

At this point you can set up the watch again. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device? 

Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc.
