Versa 2 is losing time

My Versa 2 is a half hour slow.  Syncing isn't fixing the problem.  How do I reset it?  Also, why can't I find a dongle on the shop page?

Hi there @beppy1, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the incorrect time on your Versa.

As @WendyB said, keep in mind that your Versa may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with.

To see when was the last time your watch synced or check if it's still paired to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.

If your watch is unpaired, please set it up again by following the steps at: How do I set up my Fitbit device?. On the other hand, if your watch has not recently synced, follow these troubleshooting steps: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Also, I wondered if the mobile device you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

About the Dongle, you can find it on Amazon as @WendyB recommended or you can purchase it directly from here.

Let me know if you need further assistance.

I didn't have any issues with the timing staying synced prior to this update.  I just did a factory reset, and added back to my fitbit app.  Worked for like 5 minutes, already starting to lose time.  That reset and update took all day.  It's very disappointing.  Please say a fix is coming soon.  I've tried the factory reset, unpairing and re-pairing, cleaning with alcohol, all of it.  Please don't tell me you killed my watch.

Mine lost time at this last update. I tried syncing with the computer, but
my Dongle didn't work. It righted itself when I did the regular sync the
next day. What's going on?

I am having the same issue on my versa 2 as of this morning, it is 28 minutes slow. I get all my email and notifications and when I turn off the Automatic Time Zone and choose a different are it changes on my fit bit with the 28 minutes behind still. When I turn on the Auto Time zone it goes back to my time..............28 minutes behind my phone time
