Versa 2 is no longer charging

My Fitbit run out of power. Placed it on the charger but nothing is happening. Fitbit is no longer charging..

We’ve tried different chargers and cables but my Versa will not charge/work.

what can I do, should I buy another battery, my Fitbit is almost fifteen months old
