Versa 2 is no longer tracking my distance data while walking

My Versa 2 all of a sudden is not tracking my mileage and average pace when I’m walking 

is anyone else having this issue ?

Hello there, @PamM1976. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and bringing this to my attention. I found it very odd that your Versa 2 has stopped tracking your distance while walking. I will do my best to help you! 

As a first approach, may I know how you track your workouts? Do you manually start them on the Exercise app on your Versa 2 or you use SmartTrack? 

Meanwhile, please try restarting your Versa 2 by following these steps and then, try again to go for a walk and see how it goes this time.

My versa 2 recently started doing the same thing. I walk everyday. Just this week it stopped tracking pace and distance accurately. It is showing less than a mile taking over 30 min. It should be around 2 miles at 30 min. I’ve turned it off. Checked gps. The gps is showing everywhere I walk on the map accurately but not tracking the distance and pace accurately.

Yes same here ! It’s frustrating
My Versa 2 is only a little over a year old
It doesn’t track my distance as well as my average pace
I’m not sure what else to do
