Versa 2 is no longer tracking my exercises

I did a few workouts and it shows on my watch but when I go to the app it doesn't show anything. I've tried manually syncing and it didn't update my exercises but it's syncing my steps. I tried logging in and out of my account, restarting my phone and watch. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and now it's not even loading the exercise page. Anyone else having the same issue?

It's been like it on and off for me for 3 weeks. Not syncing exercise since last night again. I do not know what is up with Fitbit at the moment. It's very annoying.

It's been going on for weeks if you read other posts you'll see that there are lots of people having the same issue. Me included.

I've just read a post here saying they are rolling out an update with a fix. I've not had it yet so it's a case of us all waiting for the next update and hopefully it should sort the sync problem out 🤞

Hi everyone. Thanks for bringing this to my attention, for the troubleshooting steps you've tried and for the screenshot attached. I understand your concern, we're here to help you! 

Please note that we were having issues with the workouts missing from the Fitbit app. However, I'd like to share with you that this issue has been fixed.

If you're still having issues, please try to force quit the app and turn your phone off and on again.

I can open the exercise tab now. But I wouldn't consider it fixed it cleared all my previous data on the app, while my watch still shows that I did exercises this week

Mines the same. Followed the advice given but still nothing. Could be the transfer over to Google fitbit is causing the issue.

I'm here because of the same problem! The app won't display any exercise since Sunday 22nd September, this whole week has been greyed out as per the second image. I've reinstalled the app and restarted my phone and still the same! 

I'm on a Google pixel 8.

@GemmaRo305 Have you looked back farther? My entire history is mostly missing. Fitbit support told me just yesterday that it's a glitch they're working on and data should be restored when it's  resolved.

@MarreFitbit support isn't saying it's resolved.

You're right! Strangely I have full exercise history for one week, 16 to 22 September, everything else is empty.

Fingers crossed they can resolve this this week! A fitness tracker that doesn't track your exercise isn't ideal 😂

My Charge 6 hasn't tracked my exercise for weeks!  It tracks steps and sleep, but not exercise.  All my exercise history is gone as well.  I can start my watch as per usual and it tracks my activity and saves it, however, it does not appear on my phone in the exercise history.  NOT ONE GREEN DOT! 😞

Everything google touches it gets messed up seriously. I hate the fact they’re taking over. It was the same thing with nest cameras, once google took over we’ve been having problems ever since.

I thought since I have a pixel it'd be a smooth transition but it's just been a mess. It's one thing for it to stop tracking my exercises but I've been using Fitbit since 2020 and all my exercise history is gone now
