I just wanted to let everyone know my experience with the Versa 2. I will say first off I really liked it when it worked. great size, just what I personally wanted in a tracker/watch. Unfortunately I got my first one in 0ctober 2020, the screen stopped working in March of 21. still under warranty I did get a "refurbished" on for replacement and today it just quit working all together 7 months later. I would no recommend on the fact it only lasts 6 months!!!! Disappointed. and the warranty is expired on the origional device so there was no replacement on the second one.

I had actually asked customer service via chat for advice on a product that does not have a many issues as the versa 2 based off of statistics and customer issues. They were unable to provide me with an answer for that. I have had several different fit bits, some of the prior models held up much better. are you able to let me know which product has the least number of warranty replacements?
