My Versa 2 appears completely dead.
It will not respond to anything at all. I've plugged in the charger and do not get the vibrate sound. I've tried different usb ports (not chargers as I only have the one).
The charger is normally hung up away from any potential issues that could happen if it were left laying around so I don't believe it is the charger.
I have carefully cleaned the back of the watch to ensure but still nothing.
The button on the side does nothing.
Normally, I get an email saying the battery is low (in case i have not noticed) - but no email to say this.
My phone app says there is a firmware update available but I cannot sync to the watch.
Is there anything else I can do?

Slight update - I have tried restarting the watch but it is now stuck in displaying the Fitbit logo. I note there is a separate thread on this issue that others seem to be experiencing since the weekend so I'll go there.
Further and final update - looks like a Firmware issue?
Anyway, having left the watch stuck in just displaying the Fitbit logo, it seems the update somehow managed to go thru and the watch is now working.
