I consulted with the Help option in the Fitbit app, regarding the lack of swimming pool lap counts in real time in this watch. In their "answer" they refer me to the "help" in their web site (settings directions). I went there and this is what I found regarding this issue:
when you follow these directions in the Versa2, you find only 2 settings in the swim exercise:1) pool size and 2) always-on screen
no other options, in particularly no "show laps" option.
I believe this could be considered misinformation by the company.
since the versa 2 is almost 1 year old and hundreds of complaints have been raised in the community concerning this issue, isn't it time these complaints of misinformation reach consumers-protection authorities in the States (where Fitbit is registered)?
