Versa 2 is not being detected by my mobile device

Hi,

 

I had accidently reset my fitbit versa 2. Now it is showing I have to download fitbit app. I have download the app on my mobile but it is not detecting the fitbit. Kindly help.

Hi @shailendra_sb13, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your phone is not detecting your Versa 2 when trying to set it up again. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
