So my Versa 2 is on charge and the as I am connecting it to my phone for the first time
My phone then says its found connection, but then it says you need to put in 4 digits on my device but tno numbers come up on my watch
apart from words Unlock with Your Phone
What do I do??

Hi @AbZy2.0 - check there are no other devices nearby that are responding instead of yours, or logout of the Fitbit App and restart the phone and try again, eventually restart the watch also How do I restart my Fitbit device?

@AbZy2.0 - just to be sure, in the Fitbit app you clicked profile picture and "+ Set up a Device" and chose your watch?
In the phone Bluetooth do a discovery to see it the watch is found, which means it's working if it is, but don't try and pair it it won't work, it is the Fitbit App that does it during set-up.
As this is very specific try chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support. It may require a factory reset if the watch was already used by someone else and has a pin code.
