So I've been sent another versa 2 as my first one wouldn't connect to wifi
Started set up and I still cannot connect to WiFi even though we have other devices connected
Any suggestions welcome.

Hi @Smarty69, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is not connecting to your WiFi network.
Please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, make sure that you are following the setup process as instructed in this help article.

I'm having the same issue and my phone is a Samsung S8. I'm not so sure it's the Versa 2.....
Could it be the Fitbit App installed on phones? That's what is setting up and establishing the WiFi connection in the first place. And it just keeps going out.
My Fitbit firmware version is 35.71.6.19
