My sleep score and sleep cycles shows up on my app but not my versa2 display screen. Only the sleep target registers. Any solutions on how to fix this?

Hello there @NinjaDuck75, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the late response. Thanks for the details provided about your sleep data on your Versa 2.

While reading your post, I was wondering what clock face are you currently using on your Versa 2? Have you tried switching to a different to see if your sleep data is also missing? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Versa 2.

As you may know, you can see your averages for the week or longer periods of time for certain sleep stats, including:

  • Hours slept—The number of hours you slept each night that week and your weekly average
  • Sleep score—Your sleep scores throughout the week and your weekly average score
  • Sleep schedule—An overview of your sleep schedule that week (when you went to bed and when you woke up)
  • Sleep stages—The number of hours you spent in each sleep stage each night that week and your weekly average minutes asleep

To get more detailed information, see: How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device? and What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?

Keep me posted.

I've been having the exact same issue. I've restarted, deleted and then re-downloaded the app, I've done everything and it's still not showing on my watch. IMO, the watch face shouldn't matter. I'm using the one that came with the Versa 2 and it *should* work.
