Hello, I have a fitbit versa.
The green light sensor had stopped glowing/working.
I did a factory reset of the watch.
And now, the device wont start or power on.
Could you please help to fix both the 2 issues ? Powering on and then the sensor problem.

Very often a factory reset which has a bug in it will destroy the watch.
Probably best to inform Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Do you see any messages at all in your Versa?
What happens when you do a restart.

The versa is turned off. It is not getting powered back on, affer I did factory reset.
i tried to switch on by pressing the necessary buttons. So, I cannot restart it. Also it had sufficient battery charge, around 80%.
The screen is completely black, with no messages/indications. Also, there is no indication/notification/vibration when I connect it to the charger.
