Could anyone help me. My device is not reading my heart rate. This has been a while now. This device is terrible have had few issues with this which is only a few months old.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your device are still flashing? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

I am having the same problem, the sensors are not flashing and I have tried everything listed to solve the problem.

Hi Ricardo,

Trying to reply is a pain I keep getting messages to correct my message. Anyways I did what the article asks and the green light still flashes. My device still does not read my heart rate.
