I’ve tried using the settings, restarting the device, syncing, wearing it correctly - everything I’ve already read to do. My versa 2 still is not reading my heart rate. I noticed it after I did the most recent update. Any advice?? I know I purchased a warranty for it, but I’m not sure if I have the information for it

In Settings App, make sure you Heart Rate is not turned off.

I did try that, but thank you. I checked the settings and reset it a few times before and after syncing and also restarting. Nothing is working unfortunately.

Hi @Ameliaamber - in case it is just a clock face issue try changing to another clock face either on the watch by swipe left and tap Clocks or in the app.
You can check your activation date in the watch Settings, About menu. Warranty is 1 to 2 years depending on country law.
In the same menu there is a factory reset option.
But beware it can kill the watch entirely. If you choose to do it wait at least several minutes before doing anything with the watch.
And it will have to be setup like a new watch in the Fitbit App, click profile photo, "+ Set up a Device".
