Not being able to get messages or calls on the message it says you have a message I click on it and it says your all caught up and I never saw the message nor who texted me. On the calls it buzzes but nothing else happens. this is crazy

They sent s new one mine crashed. I think the set up on this one went wrong
no mes or phone calls work at
