Hi i really need some help please as I'm not getting anywhere with Fitbit. 

I have a Huawei p30 pro and a Versa 2 and unfortunately not receiving notifications on my phone. I have done every single troubleshooting idea and still nothing. When i go onto notifications on my Versa it comes up with a red band saying unable to run notifications please restart etc.

Please help.

I wouldn't say helping was the word, they haven't helped at all.
