Actually I was purchased versa2 recently,very first time notifications from my phone displayed in fitbit versa2,rather than...if my mobile (one plus6)once, after re start my mobile,then notification error msg displayed in the notification option,so aftr that again I uninstalled the fitbit app and re installed that app, configured all settings then only it seems good.but my question is why ??it seems like that??anything wrong or did I uptaed any firewall version ? give me suggestions plss..tq

Would you mind letting me know if you get any error message either on your watch or Fitbit app? If so, what it does say? Is it “Notification service is not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker”? If so, please note that we’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.
