Versa 2 is not recording sleep tracking and score

Hello! So I just got my Versa 2 Special Edition about 4 days ago and it tracked my sleep data and sleep sore for that first night night, however every night since has just given me the general sleep data with no in depth look at my sleep or my sleep score. Additionally, the sleep data isn't loading when I check it on my Versa 2 after syncing with the app in the morning. It stay blank for most of, if not all of, the day. I have sleep insight on so I am unsure as to what I am doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated!

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since it's not recording or providing sleep data or sleep score information.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Versa 2 tracks your sleep data. Finally, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
