Versa 2 is not showing my data

Versa 2 is not showing data on the device. All of the data is syncing with the app on my phone but the device isn't showing my steps, heart rate, etc. I've reset both the device and app, as well as uninstall and reinstall the device on the app

Hi there, @Tara4444. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. 

Since the restart hasn't worked and your Versa 2 is still syncing to your Fitbit app, please to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
