Versa 2 is not showing my data

Steps, calories, BPM, and stairs not displaying on my versa 2. It is syncing to my phone app, but on my versa 2 it just says 0 for all of them.

Hi there, @Deon2425. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.

Please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

If it’s syncing the information correctly to your Fitbit app but still remains at zeros on your Versa 2 I’d try restarting your Fitbit. You won’t lose any data doing a restart. 

Just press in and hold the button on the side of your Versa 2 until you see the Fitbit logo then release the button. You should feel the Fitbit vibrate letting you know the restart is finished. Go back to the Fitbit app and then force sync the Versa 2 by swiping the screen downward. 

😉 Hopefully all that was needed was a restart. Please come back and let me know how it went.
