Versa 2 is not showing my steps

My Versa 2 is tracking my steps I am unable to see them on my device. I have synched it to the app and I tried resetting it. Neither of those worked. Any other suggestions?

Hi there, @KA2022. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. 

While reading your post, I was wondering if you're missing other data besides your steps?

Nevertheless, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I was able to change the clock face. That didn’t fix the problem. I tried synching it again and I tried restarting it 3 more times. Neither worked.
