HI there, @Melliejoe. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums.
To better assist you, can I know if your Versa 2 screen is blank? If so, please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
If the above doesn't describe your issue and the steps don't work, is your Versa 2 only showing the time? If that is the case, please check if your Versa 2 is not set on "Always-On" as this feature will only show you the time on the main screen all the time, unless you press the button of your watch to see other features and stats. If Always-On is enable, to exit this mode, turn your wrist toward you, press the button, or double-tap the display. For more information, see How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?

Hi @Melliejoe - go to the Gallery tile in the Fitbit App, click on the clock face and see all details and check you granted all permissions.
When fixed sync the watch to make sure the change is registered.
