Versa 2 is not showing the correct time

My V2 displays the wrong time. I’m writing this at 10:02 Central US time, the Fitbit thinks it’s 11:28. Can’t find anything in the manual. Any help is appreciated.

Not an expert, but you can try this.

 

On your Fitbit app, go to your Profile/Account (touch on the photo on the left top, I have only an android phone). Scroll down to Advanced Settings and check for the timezone. The best could be to use Automatic Timezone and Location. I think you would need to sync the device to get it reflected on the device.

My friend @girishadat has highlighted great steps to follow to check if your time is set correctly in the Fitbit app. Have you tried that already? You can also see: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?

Keep in mind that you need to sync your Fitbit smartwatch to see the correct time. For more information, see How do Fitbit devices sync their data?. Please note that data and time automatically syncs to the Fitbit app throughout the day. Each time you open the Fitbit app, your device syncs automatically when it's nearby. You can also use the Sync Now option in the app at any time.

thanks I was having the same problem, my timezone was turned off and it is now working correctly 😁
