Versa 2 is not showing the correct time

How do you change the time in your Versa2? Mine says it’s 10:00 when it’s really 5:47.

@zolah7 You can't manually set the time, but it should reset itself whenever it syncs to your phone based on the time on that device. Does your fitbit seem to be syncing ok?

Hi @zolah7, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since the time it's incorrect. As my friend @SteveH mentioned, your Versa 2 will correct the time when it syncs with your phone and if the time went off, probably your watch is not syncing properly.

 

Please follow the steps that are listed in this help article in order to fix the syncing issue in case your watch is not connecting properly with your phone.

After this, sync your watch and see if the time gets corrected.
