Hello, I'm having issues with my Versa 2 staying connected to the GPS. I have used it on walks and it works fine, but when I go bike riding it doesn't work correctly. It connects some of the way and will give me the miles I've ridden, but they are MUCH lower than the actual miles. I know I ride about 10 miles, per Google Maps and through other apps, but the Versa 2 will say I've ridden about 2 miles. Plus, it has picked up my route, so it knows where I've ridden from start to finish, but for some reason it doesn't calculate the miles correctly at all. Please let me know what I can do to fix the problem, as I don't want to return the watch. Thanks, Crystal

Hi @CrystalGrim, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the GPS tracking issue that your Versa 2 has experienced, I'd like you to restart it as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how the GPS feature works on your Fitbit device and it also contains some troubleshooting steps for you to try.
Finally, monitor your watch during your next biking activities and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
