So I bought my fiance a fitbit versa 2 for Christmas and now she got a new phone(galaxy a50). It won't stay connected. Is there anyway to know if this device is compatible? If so I can't find it. Also if it is there a way to keep it constantly syncing? Because it only connects it when i swipe down in the app.
