Nor is mine. It has stopped syncing so many times recently  and I have no idea what to do about it.

My husband and I have been having the same issues recently and have tried everything to remedy many times. My husband was ready to throw his in the garbage.

Frustrating to pay all this money and you don’t get what you thought you were going to get I should’ve got an Apple Watch. I never read any complaints about that other than price.

I've been trying for the past few days to get my Versa 2 to re-sync. I've done everything in the attached article and nothing works. I can't get my emails or calls to go to my watch, the time is not syncing when I change time zones, my sleep is not registering, and my WW app is no longer syncing. I'm really frustrated with this!

I agree with your husband. My Versa 2 has had numerous problems syncing since I got it as a gift Christmas 2022. Restarts always seemed to correct the problem until the next update. In the past week, the screen varies between complete black to static grey with a bright white vertical line on left side. On-line support offered 35% off new device. From what I am reading in all of these comments, the problems seem widespread with no real incentive to stay with Fitbit.

Well somehow I solved my issue. I deleted my Fitbit. Reinstalled it. It works.
