Versa 2 is not tracking: Sleep, Active Minutes, and HR

My Fitbit Versa 2 has stopped tracking my sleep, HR and active minutes a couple days ago. I tried restarting the device, turning HR on and off and resetting my Versa back to factory settings. None of this was able to get the tracking to work.

Mine won't either very upset with this sudden stup when a new watch comes out.
