Versa 2 is not tracking any of my health metrics data

I synced, restarted the versa2, removed the Bluetooth connection, restarted my iPhone, updated Fitbit, revoked all devices and added my iPhone. What am I missing?  No sleep score, stress, readiness and yes my subscription is good and I restored my purchases.

Hi there, @Ellen695. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post and your time in troubleshooting the issue with your health metrics data missing on your Versa 2. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

To better assist you, may I know if you're still missing all this data? Are you getting any error message on the Fitbit app or your Versa 2? Have you checked whether the heart rate monitor on your Fitbit device is working properly? Keep in mind that all data you mentioned is based on your heart rate readings.

Also, please make sure that your Fitbit app and Versa 2 are up-to-date

As in my original post, everything had been updated phone and watch. I started getting data the next day but this morning it’s not bringing in sleep, readiness, or stress.  Sometimes it only brings in partial nights sleep, and I keep the band tight.
