I'm an athlete and fit 24 year-old female. I am also a paramedic therefore have a tendency to always check my heartrate. My resting HRs are generally in the 50s-60s however my Versa 2 is constantly telling my in ik the 70s-110s. Its very frustrating because I'll check manually and be much lower. My sleep records also show I'm in the 70s. I cannot fall asleep if my HR is that high.... any help?

Hi @PARAMEDIC-QC, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.
I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not tracking your heart rate accurately. I totally understand how you feel about this.
Please restart your Versa as described int this help article. After this, follow the tips that are listed in this help page in order to improve the accuracy.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
