I have a versa 2 and the heart rate monitor periodically gets stuck when my rate gets up to the 100’s. Once I sit down and physically take my heart rate, the Fitbit will be wrong until I turn off, then on the heart rate monitor. This has happened since I bought the versa 2, and hasn’t changed with any of the updates. Another problem is tracking flights climbed. I run the same route a few times a week, and sometimes it will say I climbed 40 flights, sometimes 5, and everywhere in between.
Not that anyone cares, but this will be my last Fitbit, as I don’t see these problems being fixed.

Hi @Ngessler, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is not tracking your heart rate and floors accurately. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try a restart as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit watch tracks your floors. Finally, monitor your Versa 2 for the next 24 hours and see if it tracks your heart rate and floors accurately.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
