Can someone point to to the topic of why our v2 heart rate monitor is not work from the last update. This is starting to impaled my records. Will it still be saving it on the fitbit as it's not sending the info to the phone. Any eta on a fix for this?
Thank you all the best.

Hi @SamCVD, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since it's not tracking your heart rate.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if it tracks your heart rate properly.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

I am having the same issue as well. It is preventing me from getting my detailed sleep data, and my heart rate resting or otherwise is not showing in the app but does show on my versa 2. It hasn't even added the last 2 days when I click on the heart rate area in app, it is still showing my resting heart rate from 2 days ago, doesn't even show those days listed with no data. Its like the last 2 days are none existant when under my heart rate section of the app. I'm using the fitbit android app, with a Samsung galaxy s9. Not sure what to do to address the issue with fitbit. Im not happy, I only bought the watch 1 and a half months ago, and already having issues! It really upsets me that the sleep data isn't syncing either as that was one of the main things I wanted it for.
