Yesterday my zone minutes stopped working. I have reset my Versa, reset the app, logged off and on again. In face done everything I could think of and tried everything on google. Still not logging. I did a 45 min elliptical and over 20k steps so something should be there. Any ideas?

Hi there @mrsmacinworsley, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 has stopped tracking your Active Zone Minutes, I understand where your concern is coming from. Thanks for the details provided in your post and for your efforts in trying to solve the issue, I'll be glad to continue assisting you.
To make sure you're properly meeting the requirements to earn AZM, I'd recommend taking a look at the help article: What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device?
In addition, please know that since the new update, we optimized the algorithm used to track your heart rate on Versa 2 to complement our latest hardware. You heart rate zones data is personalized using your heart rate reserve, which is the difference between your maximum heart rate and your resting heart rate. Also, we'd like to let you know that heart-rate tracking can be affected by several factors including air temperature and device location on your arm. You can check this link for more details: How do I track my heart rate with my Fitbit device?
Let me know if you need further assistance, I'll be around.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Hi, assuming there is something not wrong with your FitBit I’d check the heart rate zones listed for you under your account information in the app. The latest software updates using reserve heart rate instead of maximum heart rate makes it impossible for some of us to achieve our zone minutes. Here is a workaround until hopefully this is changed in the future.

I am also having this issue of my Active Zone Minutes not registering on the Fitbit app. It stopped working as of this past Saturday. I am definitely hitting the requirements of the AZM. My workout has not changed, I should have completed my 150 AZM today yet nothing has registered at all. I worked out Monday, Tuesday and today doing a total of 82 minutes on the elliptical plus 65 minutes of weight training and 30 minutes of walking all of which would be considered meeting the AZM. How do I fix this issue?

All of a sudden zone minutes are not tracking. Worked yesterday. Added 29 minutes this morning. But now nothing being added. BPM in zone area but display just says resting heart rate even when over 100 bpm. Fix?
