Hey,
I've had a Versa 2 for a few months now and it's been great, but since two days the heart rate monitor is consistently reporting very odd values. While exercising it will be stuck in below zone, whereas when I've been sitting still for an hour it reports cardio zone. When I restart the watch is I get normal readings, but it immediately skyrockets into high heart rates that could never be correct. The only normal readings I've been getting are when I'm asleep, and even those are higher than ever. Does anyone know the solution? I've contacted support but only got the basic story that isn't the solution as I've been following those steps for months and only just now it stopped working. I've cleaned the monitor, tried different wrist positions etc but no luck. Does anyone have any tips? Thank you.
