Hi! My Versa 2 it’s not counting all my hours sleep, sometimes it’s only for one hour when I’m sleeping more, what can I do?

@DaniMendoza Thanks for the details on your previous post.
I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:
- If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
- If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
- If you slept for less than 3 hours.
- If your device’s battery is critically low.
For more information, see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?

Hi there @DaniMendoza, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the inconvenience with your Versa 2. We‘re taking into consideration your comments and sentiments with regards to our products and services.
Your time asleep is calculated by subtracting your time spent awake and restless from your overall tracked sleep time. For example, if you slept 8 hours but woke up 2 times for 15 minutes each, your time asleep would be 7 hr 30 min.
To learn more about your time asleep in sleep stages, see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?
Hope this helps.
