my Versa 2 is only about 6 weeks old. First 4 weeks it worked great! The last 2 weeks it us not tracking ny steps correctly and somedays it doesn't track at all!! I've tried calibrating it, i have reset it, i have done a factory reset AND its still nit working. Funny thing is I had a $60 samsung watch worked liked a dream decided to treat myself and upgrade to the Versa2 feeling like I got ripped off.

@VickyB2020 I doubt that you will get an answer. You'll note the poster's name is "Sunsetrunner" which is a generic name used on posts where people have deleted their community account.
If you are having issues with your Versa 2 then the usual first step is to restart it by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds.
Is your Versa 2 showing any signs of life?
