Versa 2 is not tracking my workouts

My versa 2 won’t recognize my cardio workout anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hello there, @Sammy2955. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2. 

As a first approach, I'd recommend restarting your Versa 2. Then, try another activity to see how it goes. 

Please know that most Fitbit devices automatically recognize and record high-movement activities through the SmartTrack feature. To start, the default duration settings of your Fitbit Versa 2 is 15 minutes long. However, you can also choose which activities your device tracks automatically, or change the amount of time needed to record the activity. To do so, please follow the next steps:

1. Tap the Today tab , then tap the Exercise tile.
2. Tap the gear icon in the top right.
3. Tap an exercise, and adjust the duration or turn off Auto-recognize.

Hi, I tried restarting my versa 2 and it recognized a walk after restarting but when I went to the club to do my cardio it wouldn’t recognize the workout.  I did the same thing twice and it will not recognize it I guess I could start the elliptical on my watch but I would rather have it recognize my workout 😞

I've been having a similar issue (I think ever since the software update). I think it's a glitch. I've tried everything and am waiting for a resolution as well.

I’m having similar problem. When I got to Shortcuts on my watch, the exercises come up but won’t start.
