I've had my versa 2 for 2.5 months and it suddenly just stopped working. It won't turn off or on and ask it will show is the little green triangle on the watch. When I go into the app, it and what I'm wanting to set up. It totally kicked my account out or something and when I tried to get member support all they told me was to try turning it off and on. Well duh! And when I did it with the representative on the line, and it again, didn't work, he then decided that's was all the troubleshooting there was and turned to try selling me extended warranty. I can't figure it out. The account closes and recovers but it doesn't start from the very beginning like when you first but she set it up And stuff. Help!
