Versa 2 is not turning on

Hi I charged  my versa 2 after 6 months.But it's not turning on.I tried to start it by pressing the button but there is no result.All I can see is blue dots of fitbit logo for sometime.

Hi @Sree2018, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is not turning on and it shows the Fitbit logo sometimes. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and wast told that they will reply to your email soon in order to follow up and assist you accordingly. Please keep an eye on your email account.
