Versa 2 is brand new, been on charge for two hours and won’t turn on. Has anyone else had this?

Thank you for the information and for the steps you've tried prior to posting. At this time, I was able to see that you have reached out to our Support Team, but it seems that your chat got disconnected when they provided information about your options after exhausting the troubleshooting steps.
In this case, I recommend replying back to your case or contact them one more time by clicking in this link and they will be glad to continue assisting you. Note that you can contact them through chat or over the phone, but phone wait times have been longer than normal, so I recommend initiating a chat.
