The steps are not being updated on my tracker but they are showing accurately on the app on my phone. I have restarted my tracker 3 times today and then the updated steps show. But it happened several times today. Any ideas?

If you're still having this issue today, please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
