Versa 2 is not updating the weather

Even when just synced my versa 2 doesn’t show the weather.  Can anyone suggest anything other than the usual delete and reinstall app?

Hi there, @LaineyBern. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that the weather app is not updating on your Versa 2 even after syncing. I'll be glad to help you with this!

If the weather is still not updating please check the following settings:

  • Location services must be turned on for the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?
  • The Fitbit app must remain running in the background on your phone.

If you change locations, sync your device to see your new location in the Weather app. If you're running into syncing difficulties, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
